"Delaware Exteriors installed a new shingle roof for us this week. It was a big job, they had 6 people working 12 hours to finish it. I am very pleased with the communication and information they provided in response to my questions before and during. Austin was there at 7 am before the crew arrived and he returned several times during the day. He contacted me several times to update or ask questions. The flashing and ridge vent looks great. They also replaced a rubber membrane (EPDM) on a flat roof and it looks really good, nice flashing around chimney etc. Workers pay attention to details. When minor problems arose they solved them. They did a meticulous clean up of the flower beds and rock garden surrounding the house. I could not find any debris or nails.They are GAF Gold Star rated and also have 50 year warrantee. I recommend Delaware Exterior for roofing."

Whether it was the roof, the gutters or the siding (we did it all) we were extremely satisfied. The crews were amazing. They arrived quietly and went to work: no shouting, no blasting radios, no cigarette butts, no goofing around. It was all business, and we believe each and every one of them took pride in their work.
