excellent experience for new roof
Delaware Exteriors installed a new shingle roof for us this week. It was a big job, they had 6 people working 12 hours to finish it. I am very pleased with the communication and information they provided in response to my questions before and during. Austin was there at 7 am before the crew arrived and he returned several times during the day. He contacted me several times to update or ask questions. The flashing and ridge vent looks great. They also replaced a rubber membrane (EPDM) on a flat roof and it looks really good, nice flashing around chimney etc. Workers pay attention to details. When minor problems arose they solved them. They did a meticulous clean up of the flower beds and rock garden surrounding the house. I could not find any debris or nails.They are GAF Gold Star rated and also have 50 year warrantee. I recommend Delaware Exterior for roofing.
Exceptional service
Austin is an amazing asset to this company. He is professional, courteous and does what he says he will. I have dealt with several companies previously, and none could get the job done. Austin walked my husband and me through the entire process from day one, including the appraisal process. He had faith that we could get this done despite the insurance company denying it, and he was right. He answered every text immediately, no matter the time of day. He made our horrible experience with other companies go seamlessly with his company. His crew was professional, arrived bright and early, and on time. They secured everything on my property before the work started and left my property looking like it was untouched after they were done. The crew of about 6 to 8 guys took the old shingles down within a few hours and were putting up the new ones. I highly recommend this company; they are phenomenal, and you will not regret your decision.

I had my siding replaced and four basement windows installed, and I can confidently say this company truly deserves all five stars. When I first read their glowing reviews, I wondered if maybe they were just getting friends and family to write them, or if they were somehow incentivizing those perfect ratings. Well, after working with them myself, I completely understand why they're held in such high regard. To start, it’s almost unheard of these days for a company to accept just a $100 down payment on a multi-thousand-dollar job. The trust and integrity this demonstrates is practically old-fashioned—a real handshake deal in today's world. Beyond that, the craftsmanship was outstanding. Every detail, from start to finish, from the bid to the final payment, exceeded my expectations. Anytime you spend over $50,000 on one project, it can get tense; yet the good folks at Delaware Exteriors — from crew to site supervisor to sales rep — made sure we were “happy” and at ease through every step. Whether it was the roof, the gutters or the siding (we did it all) we were extremely satisfied. The crews were amazing. They arrived quietly and went to work: no shouting, no blasting radios, no cigarette butts, no goofing around. It was all business, and we believe each and every one of them took pride in their work. And they were neat. The job supervisor (Will in our case), was kind, soft-spoken and responsive to our every question and concern, which he would address at once. He was very attentive to every stage of the project and gave us assurance, by his attentiveness, that all was well. It will take time to assess the product, to see how it keeps his dry, warm or cool, and whether it readies color and appearance. We feel confident that it will. We have received so many compliments on the “new” house, and with not a few queries about the provider (Delaware Exteriors). In every respect we feel we made a good investment for the beautification and preservation of our home.

Gutter replacement
Delaware Exteriors replaced barn gutters last week...very impressed with the entire experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, fast quote and scheduling was prompt. Haas home plywood siding repair
Jose and his crew showed up on time and did an excellent job replacing rotted plywood from an old leak that was behind our siding. They also cleaned up, very efficient. Second time we have used Delaware Exteriors. 5/5 stars ⭐️
Amazing service
Austin was absolutely amazing. He made a really horrible experience go seemless. His crew was professional, they left my property so clean. You couldn't tell there was a crew of 8-10 guys completely taking the roof down to the wood, totally re-shingling the whole roof. Not a nail, wood or shingles on my property was left.
